Known as Sea-Lavender, Statice, Caspia or Marsh-Rosemary, Limonium has more bee friendly varieties than it does nicknames! A breakthrough in breeding and a first of its kind – Limonium Dazzle Rocks. Completely unique in the Limonium genus, this stunning and brand-new variety answers all the problems many have had with other varieties over the years.
Unusual in being both compact, fully hardy and floriferous, Dazzle Rocks creates long lasting, 30-40cm high pillows in ever popular bright blue shades from June – September. They look brilliant in a cut flower display and can also be dried for the winter months. Their nectar and pollen-rich flowers are very easy to maintain and loved by the bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects too!
Peter Van Stejn specialises in finding and breeding plants that will dazzle both in the garden and as cut flowers or dried flowers. Having collected Limonium gmelinii seed from the wild in Hungary where they exhibit wide variations in the number and height of flower stems than normal. The Dazzle Rocks answers all of the problems gardeners have with other varieties. The Limonium plant is the World’s first ultra-hardy and compact Limonium Gmelinii. The high flower count of these plants helps to create beautiful garden displays. The Dazzle Rocks plant will produce a strong, sturdy and hardy perennial that will look stunning for months!

The Limonium plant is very easy to maintain making it great for any gardener. Some sunlight and the occasional watering really make this plant dazzle year after year. Limonium – Dazzle Rocks flowers June/July- September. They make an excellent cut flower for dried arrangements – simply cut them just before they are fully open. Grow Limonium in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Once established it’s fairly drought-tolerant, but thrives equally well in better conditions.
Orders are despatched promptly by post or parcel carrier. Seasonal items such as plants are sent separately with the estimated delivery times stated against each variety both in our catalogue and on our website.
Small items are sent by Royal Mail and larger items by courier. When ordering large items please provide your phone number so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

Delivery is free on orders over £200, including vat, to most parts of the UK. Products excluded from free delivery are honey jars, extractors, tanks, bee feeds and uncapping trays. Delivery for these items will be £4.99 plus surcharge where applicable.
